Experiencia fantástica: Just dropped in yesterday. Good box. Community was warm, open, and accepting. Folks of all ages participating. Coaches focused a great deal on good movement form, and forced everyone to practice movements unloaded before going heavy. Good amount of time allocated towards warmup and mobility. Their weights and bars are getting a bit old and worn out, but whatever. Great drop-in rate and alternative option to buy a t-shirt instead!

Experiencia fantástica: Crossfit Oceana is awesome. They challenge you enough and provide On Ramp classes for beginners but you are more than welcome to also try the regular 9am groups as well. Childcare is also included in the fee. All the coaches are great. They never push you over the limit but make sure the workout is challenging. The only downside is I wish I'd found this place sooner.

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Oceana is such a welcoming place. It’s my home away from home gym as I visit the VA Beach area once/month. Kat programs challenging workouts and gives great coaching advice. Tina, the owner, is actively taking class in the gym and a great person to workout with for inspiration. 10/10 highly recommend this gym to anyone local or dropping in!

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Oceana is outstanding! I dropped in for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The gym is clean and well equipped and the coaches are welcoming. Tina, Kat, and Sarah have built a great gym and I look forward to dropping in, in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: Kat and Sara are wonderful trainers with superior understanding of muscle structure, strength, and endurance. Kat has shared creative ways to get me in shape even with a knee problem. Also, the gym was recently cleaned and rearranged and is even better! It’s a great culture with friendly non-judgmental people. I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: If you live in the Oceana area and you're not going to CrossFit Oceana you're really missing out. We were only there for a week while staying in Sandbridge, but the facility, coaching, and programming is spot on. We drop in at a lot of CrossFits throughout the country and abroad, and this is definitely one we would join if we lived there.

Experiencia fantástica: I was visiting town for a week for work and honestly picked the closest box near my hotel. These guys have a great drop in rate and were super friendly every time I went in. I was really impressed by the knowledge and skill of the coaches and definitely got a great workout in every time. I hope I get to go back soon!
