Experiencia fantástica: I dropped into CrossFit Supernova twice while traveling in the area in June. I had such a great experience. I received great coaching and all of the members were so welcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Supernova is a place I really wish I had found years ago. The coaches are phenomenal and the people who attended are awesome. Everyone cheers each other on to do better. No matter your skill level you will thrive and grow here. I started in October of ‘21 and have come so far since then. It’s serious but fun, how working out should be. The gym is very clean, which is important to me. Other gyms you’re constantly cleaning up after the person in front of you because they’re too lazy or immature to take a minute to wipe everything down when they’re done. I truly can say I feel safe here. If you want a real workout without the added costs of a separate trainer or classes on top of insane fees and membership, this is your place. Give it a try. You won’t regret it.

Coach Kevin takes a genuine interest in you regardless of your fitness level and provides instruction and encouragement during each workout. The facility is clean and well-maintained, the workouts are challenging, and the fellow members are friendly and nonjudgmental. All this and no long term contracts or commitments!!! You can’t go wrong! I definitely recommend trying out CrossFit Supernova, you won’t be disappointed.

Even the most tenured members are so welcoming, friendly, and fun to be around. I love how everyone holds each other accountable and the environment overall is amazing. Experiencia fantástica: If you’re looking for a gym, CrossFit Supernova is the best around! I stepped into this gym four years ago scared to death with zero fitness level. The coaches and members at CrossFit Supernova are so welcoming and encouraging which kept me coming back. The coaches can scale any movement and work out to your fitness level and help you improve with every class. Now I can’t imagine not being a member at this gym. It’s the best hour of my day, and I can do things I never thought possible! CrossFit Supernova is also family oriented and has embraced my children into the community as well which makes it possible for me to work full time, model healthy habits for my boys, and still have time to take care of myself! CrossFit Supernova is awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Supernova is an amazing fit for everyone! The community is so inviting & inclusive. The workouts vary daily where we get to work on cardio, body weight strength, skill building and weight training. All of the workouts have modifications provided! Everyone cheers each other on too!

Experiencia fantástica: I became a member of CrossFit Supernova in October of 2022 and I am so happy I made the decision to join. I was intimidated at first, but I quickly learned that CFSN is the most amazing community of people where, regardless of your fitness level or age, you feel welcomed and encouraged. In only a few months, my body has become stronger and leaner and I have developed a mental fortitude that I never realized I could possess. The owner Kevin and the coaches Clint & Katie are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging. I look forward to learning what else I am capable of doing!

Experiencia fantástica: Best fitness program you could sign up for. Kevin keeps the floors so clean, you can see your reflection. The members and coaches are the nicest you'll meet, and there's enough variety in programming, scaling, scheduling and intensity to accommodate just about anyone

Experiencia fantástica: In town for the weekend and did a drop in this am. The coach was very welcoming and nice, along with the members. There was a lot of crossfit boxes in the area for me to choose from and I'm glad I made a good choice.

Experiencia fantástica: At the promoting of my mother and brother who have been members for years, I joined CrossFit Supernova in April 2017. My only regret is not joining sooner. The coaching is amazing. Kevin, Mindy, and Sam are so knowledgeable and always willing to help with technique. The members are awesome and so friendly. It's like a big family!! I'm stronger and able to do things I never thought I could.... rope climbs and box jumps! Barbell classes are great too! I never gave Olympic weightlifting a thought, but now I really love it! I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to get stronger regardless of your current fitness level.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my absolute favorite box of all time. I’m originally from the area but joined the Air Force and moved away. Throughout my travels I’ve dropped in at many boxes around the country and this is by far the best one. Kevin is a world class coach and the two times I’ve dropped in there for multiple weeks he has taught me more than the coaches at my actual box. I can’t wait to become a full time member there when I move home hopefully next year!

The people are the most supportive friendliest people I've ever met. I'm 59 years old and i haven't felt this good in year's . Give crossfit supernova a try, you won't regret it.
