CrossFit^® Hickory

Experiencia fantástica: I don't train here anymore but I still love me some CF Hickory. They offer workouts that prescribe to the CrossFit method. Educated and articulate they have varying degrees of training, which builds varying levels of athleticism. Management has changed in the past two years and so has the care of the facility. Ask for Theresa or Tyler B. They're some awesome trainers.

Experiencia positiva: Equipment poorly maintained and broken equipment never gets fixed. Gym not kept clean with cleaner/disinfectant.
