Experiencia fantástica: I enthusiastically recommend Carriage House Pilates and Wellness! The spaces are beautiful, and the instructors are outstanding. The are highly trained and professional. I like that I get personalized attention in the small classes. The variety of classes offered keep things interesting for me and options are available for all levels. But the best part is that I always leave feeling stronger, happier, healthier and cared for.

Experiencia fantástica: Carriage House Pilates is amazing! I have taken classes at many reformer studios and Carriage House is by far the best! The studio is gorgeous with beautiful hardwood floors, crisp white walls and incredibly clean machines. Marlisa is an amazing teacher and has the unique ability to describe each move in such a way that I know exactly what to do and which area of the body the move is targeting. I look forward to her classes all week! If you are looking for a full body you should definitely check out Carriage House Pilates!

Since then, I've been amazed at the increase in my strength, flexibility, and overall well being! Pilates truly is my "happy hour" now, and I can not say enough good things about this wonderful studio!
