Experiencia fantástica: I joined this gym in August 2021. I needed to boost the calorie counting program I was using as the daily walks weren’t enough. I am so glad I did. The coaches are so supportive and they really energize the workouts. My clothes are fitting looser and I’ve lost almost 20 lbs. My goal is to become a healthier me and this program is the right fit.

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to Fit Body in Sept 2020. Everyone was so welcoming and encouraging. The coaches are fantastic at keeping you motivated and encouraging you each and every day. The members celebrate and encourage one another. The workouts are challenging and change daily. It’s a really great full body workout for all fitness levels. The coaches provide modifications to any workout if needed to accommodate your needs. Classes are 30 minutes and have both morning and afternoon/evening to fit everyone’s schedule.
