Experiencia fantástica: One of the best workout locations in san antonio!!! State of the art facility with tons of equipment for unlimited exercise programs. Staff is awesome and always helpful. After your workout they have cryotherapy and regeneration beds to help with recovery!! If you want a great workout with excellent trainers, some from American Ninja Warrior than look no further than the Alpha Warrior proving grounds at Retama park!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Wow!! This is an amazing workout!!! Very well thought out! Nice warm up, super intense workout (but with modification to fit your fitness level) and an amazing recovery with Cryogenic booth, red light therapy, foam rollers, and some excellent compression therapy!! Very throughout workout!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Alpha Warrior obstacle course is fun and challenging. I have completed here for 3 years and am never disappointed. The events keep getting tougher and the fun just keeps coming. If you haven't tried out an event here put it on your bucket list.
