Experiencia fantástica: My 14 year old son has been attending about a year. He started in the kids class and is now in the regular class (4x a week). He's learned the CORRECT techniques, stances and kicks. Each trainer has their own style/methods and runs their class differently - allowing you to learn something different each class you take. All the trainers and other boxers are so nice, caring, supportive and helpful. Everyone wants you to succeed and do your best each class. Such a wonderful place and environment, both myself and my 19 year old son also signed up for classes 3x a week. It's a good workout and so worth it.

Classes don't get stale because each trainer puts their own spin on it. The atmosphere is fun, friendly, welcoming, and supportive. Whether you're there to get fit and lose weight, or just to have fun and relieve some stress, you can do it at TKO in a low pressure environment.
