Strong 'N' Sexy Fitness

Experiencia fantástica: I started at Strong ‘N’ Sexy a year ago. Within the last year I’ve lost over 10% of my body fat. 5% of which I lost in the first 6 weeks of being there. I’ve grown, learned, and pushed myself mentally due to the owners Jess and Adam. For me this gym took me from eating once a day MAYBE to eating 3 full meals and still wanting more. From being suicidal almost daily to the thought never crossing my mind because of how happy and joyful I find my every day life. To being 21 and having usual life hardships and feeling alone in them to having a family of AMAZING woman to fall back on for support. When they say this is a transformation gym they really mean in all aspects of your life not just physically! This place easily goes from a gym to a home in a matter of a week for everyone who joins. I honestly don’t know where I would have ended up this year without them.

Experiencia fantástica: I love sns! I've have been able to lose 30 lbs and go from a size 14 down to a size 8. I love that you have the option of going 6 days a week and there are times to fit any schedule. Everyone there so so supportive and encouraging... like family! Trainer Abi is the best!
