GRLPWR (Women's Only Gym)

Experiencia fantástica: Marlene and this gym were recommended by my best friend and it's only been a month, but I already look AND feel sooo much better! Plus I very much enjoy the comfort of knowing this is a women's only gym. The range of workouts to choose from is wide and extremely helpful, Marlene goes out of her way to make sure you continue to succeed even when you're not at the gym by helping introduce you to supplements and giving you tips on how and what to do for upkeep in between sessions, the gym is literally 90s and Y2K themed so that's badass, and Marlene will make sure that you get the workout you need based on your experience level without slowing down others who are ahead of you. She makes sure you have the correct form and will help you correct as many times as it takes. The back room has cubbies to leave your things (more 90s stuff too), scale if you wanna use it, and the bathroom is stocked with feminine products so you'll never be SOL there! Each individual mat has its own set of weights and resistance bands so everyone gets their own equipment to use to follow along with in class. One of the cooler things is the themed classes!!! With music or Era themes with appropriate music. Oh and she also holds nutrition classes as well as mental health meetings and other events. Basically it's the best gym I've ever been to and Marlene is the best trainer hands down. Come to this gym - you will not regret it!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been doing personal training here at GRLPWR for a few months now, I have never felt more motivated to work out than I do now. I am the healthiest and fittest I have ever been and working with Marlene always feels like I am working out with a bestie who wants the best for me. 10/10 please do yourself a favor, start going to THIS GYM.
