Experiencia positiva: First time going there for a workout. Staff was friendly and helpful. Equipment was great and program was outstanding.

Experiencia fantástica: What a great asset for our community in Sturgis Michigan. Indoor tennis and weight room. Personal trainers on staff. our college baseball team can set up a complete field practice too.

Experiencia fantástica: Haven't been myself...but my hubby joined after his heart attack,after doing physical therapy. He goes 5 days a week and is doing so much better. They open early and stay open till 7 p.m.

Experiencia fantástica: It's wonderful to have such a great facility in our city to utilize. They have a good variety of classes and offer a lot of extra activities for kids and adults. They recently added on a 24 hour weight room, refinished the track and added lots of new equipment. My only complaint is they need to be open longer on the weekends! Oh and we need more yoga classes!
