Experiencia fantástica: I don't think I have said this enough, if it wasn't for Dawson Crossfit i would be miserable. Kelley Podsen was a God send in my gym life, she would spend an entire class "mean mugging" me to make sure I wasn't in pain, she modified every exercise to accommodate for my injuries, looking for progress. Thank you Kelley (even for the endless glute bridges), and everyone else that puts up with me. I have seen every coach helping someone the way Kelley has helped me. Someone will stop mid workout to help someone else or stay way pass the class time to help with double unders. Every coach, staff, and member has your best interest in mind every day. I may not look forward to the evil assault bike but I look forward to my time, in my box, everytime.

Experiencia fantástica: Grass roots CrossFit. Extremely welcoming staff particularly in my case as being a drop in. Trainers are competent and encouraging and the programming is simple yet effective. Each class is run efficiently and kept fun. I've dropped in at a lot of gyms but I always make a point to drop in here when I'm in the area. As a CrossFit Level 2 trainer I vouch for the competencies of the staff and overall programming.

Experiencia fantástica: Dawson CrossFit is the only place to get a solid workout in Dawsonville. Chip and Lynn are great people who have created a great atmosphere in this community of athletes. Dawson CrossFit offers some excellent CrossFit classes for adults, teens and kids that can be adjusted to meet any individuals specific fitness level. The classes are led by knowledgeable and motivating trainers that really care about the athletes progression towards an all around healthier lifestyle and you can count on being pushed to your limits in order to achieve the goals that you have set. Dawson CrossFit is the best gym in the Dawsonville area.

Experiencia fantástica: Chip and Lynn Sweat are among the best in the business. I've been to a couple dozen crossfit boxes and I've seen the full spectrum of offerings. Beginners will be very happy with the on-ramp program while experienced athletes will still be able to get a challenging workout. The box is spacious, clean, and we'll equipped.
