Experiencia fantástica: I've been working with Coach D for about 2 weeks. I can say two things...it's hard work and it's paying off! My legs burn, but I feel so accomplished. Coach D is very knowledgeable of the body, inside and out. He not only works the muscles, but he talks to you about the benefits. I have a ways to go and I'm here for the longterm.
