Experiencia fantástica: I have tried so many different workouts and ILoveKickboxing’s are some of the BEST. Great cardio combined with strength training - such stress relief! Not only that but Quenton plays the best music and is so inspiring!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been taking kickboxing classes now for about 7 to 8 months and I will tell you that it has done wonders for me. I feel a sense of invigoration empowerment and just simply grateful For being introduced to a different type of workout. I will tell you that if you’re hesitating to take on this type of work out do not hesitate any further. It will take some time and getting used to but after a while you will become a pro. Not to mention, having some type of self-defense training. I encourage you to try it out. I actually started with a Groupon. Good luck to all and again kudos to the entire staff at the Skokie office.

Experiencia positiva: Just finished my 6 wk challenge at ILKB Skokie. It was hard, I used to be super active, but it's been 16 years since I've done any classes. However, I was determined. The coaches are extremely supportive, and make it fun. They are always pushing you to do your best and not give up, but also allow for modifications when needed. I was super strict with following the program, and lost 35lbs! If you want to have fun or if you've had a stressful day and just need to hit a bag, you can do both here! The other ladies are supportive and encouraging also!

Experiencia fantástica: This is my new favorite thing to do, I must admit I hate working out so much, However I decided last month to join after hearing one of my girlfriends rave on and on about this place for a year! I am so glad I did it's so fun and upbeat the trainers are amazing and give great instructions. the music is good the vibe is amazing.
