Experiencia fantástica: Staff is excellent and always accommodate. The comfortable environment makes you feel like you don't have to be a super human in order to work out there. From oldies to recent styles, great music is always playing that gets you pumped. From the strenuous to the simple, they have machines for everyone of every age and style, and are always up-to-par. It includes a small track which can be accessed by stairs or a convenient elevator. A wonderful place to workout in all, and I would recommend anyone to come here.

Experiencia fantástica: I love it here. Going g to therapy. My therapist is great and the center is nice. Has pool, weights and every workout machine you could want.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to physical therapy here after foot surgery. Zach is the best. He explains things in a way that a (non-medical) person can understand. The gym is nice and offers a large variety of equipment with a pool and an inside track. Hopefully soon I will be finished with the physical therapy and can use the equipment in the gym.

Experiencia positiva: The staff is excellent, theres a variety of machines and there are nutrition classes but my only dislike are the hours. I work hours that are barely available to make the gym. Aside from the hours I love them.
