Advance at your own pace, trainer takes your specific impaired area into account. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere

Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Scott on a whole host of mobility and strength issues I was having with my core, back, and lower body. He was one of the most attentive coaches I've ever worked with and made sure everything we worked on was targeted on exactly what my body needed to be stronger and pain free. The only reason I'm not still working with him every week is that I moved out of town.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband said it best-working out at Fit Societe has gotten him in much better shape than going to a “box gym” on his own. Scotty and Kainoa do a great job tailoring the workouts to your needs, ability and fitness levels. The workouts are fun and all the other members are supportive of one another. It’s nice having both the expertise of professional trainers and the PT’s of Rehab United working as a team if you are coming off an injury. Best of all, Fit Societe is keeping me doing what I love to do -hiking , backpacking and mt. biking, as I enter my 60’s.

Experiencia fantástica: Great cross training gym! Coaches are awesome. Scotti is amazing with clients. He wants you there for years (read injury free) not just months. They always have scaled or alternate moves for each exercise. Highly recommend this for your everyday fitness!
