Fitness Integrated with Nutrition Knowledge

Experiencia positiva: Mariah and I worked together for a couple of months. She did a great job customizing my very own program. I have arthritis and have to be careful not to hurt myself. Mariah always checked in with me asking if certain techniques were comfortable. If, something was not comfortable she would tweek the routine to my comfort level while still challenging my muscles. I highly recommend working with FINK!

Experiencia fantástica: Mariah is phenomenal! She is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and tailors each workout to meet your fitness goals. She came to each session with high energy, ready to make us work. I'm a runner and enjoy doing other cardio workouts, strength training has always been a weakness. Mariah understood what I needed and showed me amazing workouts during training and also gave me workouts to do at home. I met with her once a week for three months and I've never felt this strong.
