Experiencia fantástica: Whitewater CrossFit not only creates a space for training safely and effectively but also exceeded my expectations on comfort. Coach Liz and Coach Pat are doing an awesome job welcoming us new athletes with open arms and projecting their knowledge upon us without making anyone feel awkward. The accountability is exactly what I need in my routine, this is more than a gym, it's about building a lifestyle. The space is beautiful and this kind of training environment was much needed in our community. I can't say enough good things about Whitewater CF.

Liz is very knowledgeable and a great athlete herself. She will always have the right scaling option for you at each skill level. I first ran into them at CrossFit Eden and soon found out that they had so much knowledge that would soon help me reach my goals. They are kind, approachable, make CrossFit even more fun! If I am ever in the area I will stop by this gym.
