CrossFit^® Truth

Experiencia fantástica: When I moved to Jacksonville, I knew no one. I had my home gym and got bored with it to the point that I stopped exercising because what was the point. I had always thought CrossFit was another fad trend and had it in my head that “those people are going to hurt themselves doing goofy incorrect movements.” I finally let one person talk me into coming for a week. I thought I would walk in and breeze through their so called “WOD” (workout of the day) because I’m athletic. In reality, I was on the floor gasping for air while the girls, and people more than twice my age were out working me!!!! I found my fire again with the drive to become better at functional fitness! Then I became addicted joining a competitive team taking first place in Tyler Festivus Games! I found a whole family! People that WILL CALL ME AT 5 AM because I overslept and I need to be at the gym! I accepted a new job in a new career field and the gym took me out to dinner! They helped me get on my feet! I will never leave my family at CrossFit Truth! I love you guys and I thank God everyday that I listened and went to that first WOD! Now stop lying to yourself and come workout YOU are better then that! lol

Experiencia fantástica: Moved to Jacksonville 3 months ago. Had been a long term member at another box and was nervous about going somewhere new. Very welcoming group of people. So awesome to go somewhere in a new town and feel like you belong.

Experiencia fantástica: Love CrossFit Truth!! I have been going for about 5 months and have grown so much. At the beginning I could barely make it through a low scaled workout, but with consistency and the patience from all the coaches I have improved so much! Barrett is very knowledgeable and breaks everything down by step. He gives immediate and positive feedback! Everyone who attends has been so supportive also!!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love CrossFit Truth! I have always been intimated by regular gyms, and I was never able to stick to a workout routine. However, all the CrossFit Truth coaches and members have really helped me stay consistent. Everyone is always caring and encouraging. I remember when I first walked in Barrett and Micaela made me feel very comfortable right away. I absolutely recommend CrossFit Truth to anyone that needs the extra motivation to start exercising!

Experiencia fantástica: I love working out at CrossFit Truth! Barrett is a fabulous coach. He is very professional, very knowledgeable, and so friendly. He makes everyone feel welcome and a part of the group no matter what your level of fitness is. I highly recommend trying this gym. It’s the best!
