Experiencia fantástica: It’s been about 2 months since I started at FE. I’m in my forties and have no previous experience in CrossFit at all. Getting started was very intimidating, but everyone one there has been very friendly and welcoming from day one. I especially love how Coach Will, along with the other coaches and students are all very encouraging has made me feel like a part of their big family. I’m being taught how to properly execute techniques and how to safely add weights in our workout. This place has every body type, age and experience. It’s been quite motivating seeing every single person there work hard, root each other on while having fun. There hasn’t been a day I left this place not feeling very accomplished, even on days I didn’t feel like coming in to do the work. Coach Will loves being there and it is absolutely apparent. It’s been great being able to come here, get stronger, healthier and also meet all the wonderful people.
