Experiencia fantástica: Massage Review: I booked a 1 hour deep-tissue massage with Karli and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. I do a lot of sports and need to get bodywork. Karli had a good pressure (I asked her for it), great technique and used the time perfectly to work mostly on my shoulders and neck and then the rest of the body. Amazing experience, only regret is to not have booked a 1.5 h appointment!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing time in Jakes class! By far the best studio for cardio dance in the area! Super clean, very modern, friendly staff and all professional instructors. Definitely a must!

Experiencia fantástica: Great class on Saturday with Jake. Also, they do have massages as well, which are reasonably priced and available on shorter notices than other places.
