Experiencia fantástica: My son has been enrolled in the after school care program for 1 year now and it has made such a positive difference in his life. He has learned about his strengths and weaknesses and how to work harder to achieve more in class and in life. His discipline in sports, with his manners and behavior have all improved as a direct result of being enrolled at Senshi Do Kai MMA in Plant City. The owners are amazing people and do so much for the kids, they put their whole heart and soul in this business and into the kids here. I highly recommend for most all ages, they have something for everyone here.

Experiencia fantástica: As a mom a feel very comfortable in this environment, he explains everything before you try and if you try and it just not for you, you won't feel pressured to participate, specially with the kids he lets them take their time to warm up to the group classes. I started going to the gym for the adult boot camp, now me and my two kids take classes here. Prices are reasonable and they offer Boot camp, self defense class, after school program and summer camp.

Experiencia fantástica: Having my kids be part of this school has been great in many ways. They have learned so much in many different aspects of their life. Instructor is amazing with the kids, preparing them for both BJJ competitions,real world self defense situations, discipline, and respect. We initially started my son there on recommendation from his therapist .... the gains we have seen in all aspects of is life are incredible and have far exceeded any gains we saw during regular physical therapy.
