Experiencia fantástica: I wish I could give Nicky 10 stars, cause she's so much more than a personal trainer. She's a coach, cheerleader, friend and all around fitness superstar! I came to Nicky at one of my lowest points, ready to get my physical and mental health back on track. She created a plan for me at the gym and made sure my nutrition was on point. Over our time together I have never felt so strong, confident and sexy in my own skin. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Nicky is the best and comes with my highest recommendation!!

Not only is she an amazing personal trainer helping build strength but she's also a great resource for nutrition and all things health related. I've been working with her for a few months and I can see and feel the changes. She provides all the resources you need to succeed and feel like your best self. She often checks in and will make adjustments based on how your body is responding to the workouts. She has great energy, fun workout music and is a great person to be around!
