Experiencia fantástica: We are now much more agile on the tennis and pickleball courts and here is the reason...After one day at Game Day adult fitness my husband and I were able to accomplish things we had not done in years if ever...We are older so Ryley Humrighouse made a taylor fit program for us...He works with all ages drastically upping the program for younger people..we could not do sit ups leg lunges or squats..Ryley showed us the correct mechanics so we could strengthen our muscles to support our joints preventing injury to our joints..we were shocked after one session we could do all three. Ryley wants to work on all muscle groups so session two was completely different...He taught us a hip hindge...I was so excited because am so stiff and my hips are painful and stiff after sitting awhile..I noticed my hips being pain free and flexible.after this excersize..I feel so much younger and energetic..Ryley is so knowlagble..relaxed..making it good work not painful work..we cant wait to go back..Thank you for improving our life style.We highly recommend this program for all ages..Ryley does a fantastic job !!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Anyone who wants to try out a new fitness program has got to give this one a try. Ryley has got me from just going 2 days a week to now wanting to go every day. The way my body feels and performs has drastically improved in just 2 months, and I'm excited to see what's to come in future months. If you want to learn how improve you overall fitness...this guy Ryley is pretty remarkable!!!
