Experiencia fantástica: Robyn, the owner and primary instructor is so warm and welcoming. I adore her. I found this studio shortly after moving to town amidst what seemed like 101 very hard life changes all at once. I was struggling with anxiety and adrenal fatigue from a heavy workload, boatloads of stress and lackluster personal life and this class taught me how to be “stronger every day in every way.” My body was transformed in a matter of weeks. Wow! I feel so proud of myself after every class: Stronger, buffer, + more length to my muscles and taller posture, and a chiseled physique that’s usually a dream and not a reality. It’s calming and energizing at the same time. Robyn is a patient yet persistent instructor who insures her classes are enjoyed by all skill levels. New Level Hot Yoga is my happy place and I highly recommend it to all!

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE this place! I have been going pretty regularly since December and my strength has increased pretty drastically. I find a great sense of peace while practicing. The instructors are amazing and always willing to answer questions. If you are considering trying Hot Yoga for the first time, I highly recommend it! I was intimidate the first time but there is no reason to be! Take it at your own pace, use the modifications if needed and rest if the heat is getting to you.

Experiencia fantástica: This studio has it all: excellent instructors, gorgeous atmosphere & one of the best schedules in terms of types of classes I have ever seen for a hot yoga studio. I have been teaching yoga for almost 15 years & I come here just to practice. Highly recommend. If you are new to hot yoga-bring a towel & water.

Experiencia fantástica: Been a member here for 3 months and I’m totally invested. The studio is clean, peaceful, and never too busy. The instructors rotate and each have a strength which makes them different, yet you always know who is teaching because of the easy online class sign-ups. As an athlete, this has been the full body strengthening I have been missing in my routine, and I’ve lost 25 pounds since I started. Just go in and talk to Robyn, she’ll answer any questions you have no pressure.

Experiencia fantástica: The studio is awesome. I'm a beginner and completely inflexible but the staff is amazing -- calming, encouraging and totally non-judgmental. I feel welcome as does everyone. The professional staff cares about their clients and it shows. The schedule is posted and each instructor adds their personal touch to each class. The studio is clean and toasty. My daughter loves the kids yoga camp, too! This studio is a gem in downtown Palatine. Special shout out to Robyn- a friendly, positive and energetic studio director.
