Experiencia fantástica: I consider myself to be someone who's in pretty good shape. Let me tell you, T led the boot camp class at the Body Shop Gymnasium and he really pushed me! I also like how he gave everyone specialized attention and modifications. There is a real sense of community here and everyone - from the coaches to the participants- makes you feel so welcome. The gym is really clean, great equipment, and very spacious. I highly recommend! No matter your fitness level, this gym was made for everyone.
