Experiencia fantástica: This gym has become so much more than a place to work out. These people have become my family. From the first day waking in until now! That first day I was terrified! It seemed so intimidating. There were so many people that were in great shape! I was expecting to be judged for how out of shape I was. But that didn’t happen. Each of the members were welcoming and super helpful. And the coaches are so amazing. They take time to help you with anything you might need. They will show you each movement so you won’t have to wonder what you are doing. All workouts can be catered to fit your needs no matter what they are. If you are looking for a gym to really feel like you belong, come try this one!! You won’t regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: The coaches here go above and beyond to ensure proper form, while being encouraging, and pushing you to be your best. It’s easy to come in as a beginner, and feel welcome. I was intimidated by CrossFit before, but North Lee CrossFit has a way of making you feel like family. Can’t say enough good things, just try it yourself!

Experiencia fantástica: NorthLee Crossfit has been a family journey for me and my family. After watching my husband and daughter for over a year really excel and love it, I tried it as well. It didn’t take long for me to become addicted! Just this past summer our son has also joined and has been making so many gains that it’s hard to keep up! It’s a place where you are pushed to your goals and beyond. All of the coaches are extremely helpful and encouraging. All of the members have become like family to us. Great atmosphere!

Experiencia fantástica: I've attended classes at NorthLee CrossFit for over three years now and I can't say enough about how amazing the gym has been. The people there feel and act like family. The coaches are great instructors and the workouts are planned out very well. I've never been pushed so much in my life to better myself. My image of myself and how I look went from being "I want to be skinny" to "I want to be strong and healthy!" Brandi has helped coach me thru my last TWO pregnancies (one of them I went to NorthLee CrossFit and did a workout on a Friday and that following Sunday I had my baby!) and was able to get back to life in general so much faster than with my first pregnancy. I am very grateful for Brandi and all the coaches at NorthLee CrossFit!
