North Bend CrossFit^®

Experiencia fantástica: We were visiting family and chose this gym because of the early morning work out time. I loved the welcoming feeling I got when I went for the first time. Coach Graham was attentive and asked about priror injuries or any concerns and then was supportive throughout the workouts. He had awesome wods and warm-ups prepared. The gym is laid out really intelligently so that the space is used best, about 9 of us could work out at a time comfortably. The kids area was well-equipped with a working TV and programs like Netflix to choose from and tables and chairs and a small gate to help keep little ones in. The bathroom is a porta- potty and was very clean. Thankful for the chance to work out here and meet some of the members and Coach (and owner) Graham!

Experiencia fantástica: What a fabulous, welcoming community of people. I was visiting North Bend for a week and had the great fortune to find this box. They had solid, well conceived WODs each day. The coaches were helpful and engaged. I am trying to think of reasons to return to North Bend so I can hit this box again. Great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Being a member here has completely changed my health and my life, as well as my view of what I am capable of doing with fitness. My decision to come here initially was the best one I have made in a very long time. It has strengthened my mind, body and soul, provided me with friends that have since become family and then some. I could not recommend it enough. Check your ego, find yourself and the fittest version of yourself even!

Experiencia fantástica: Great coach and great community at NBCF. Perfect place for first time crossfitter or someone who has been at it for a while. They keep upgrading the inside...don't let the outside fool you.
