Experiencia fantástica: Very easily the best gym I have ever been too and the best workout experience I’ve ever had. Because of CKO Newton I’m in the best shape I’ve been in in many years and because of Bryan and all the great trainers feel like my further goals are actually attainable. Not only that but the atmosphere is friendly and encouraging. This is not only a physical workout for me but it’s also mentally and emotionally therapeutic. My 11 year old attends youth classes and loves it. I really can’t think of anything bad to say.

Experiencia fantástica: CKO NEWTON is the absolute best! Bryan is an incredible owner, and leader of the gym. You could tell this gym is his heart and soul. He puts everything he has into it and it shows from the cleanliness of the gym to the awesome educated staff members and instructors. If you want a great workout - one that will leave you feeling accomplished and so sweaty - this is the place to be! Have no fear, if you have never been kickboxing before, the instructors will guide you through the entire thing! You’re missing out if you don’t give CKO NEWTON a try! Go and feel the burn!

As someone who doesn't enjoy the traditional gym, this is a great option to learn a new skill while also getting an amazing workout. The coaches are a perfect blend of letting you go at your own pace while also pushing you to be your very best. I love that they don't just treat it like an aerobic class and really go over boxing skills. It's honestly made me more confident in self defense. At this location in particular, there's always such a great inclusive energy with all the members that you're bound to make new friends and have others rooting for you. Whether you're looking to de-stress, get in shape, learn the skills of boxing, or all of the above, CKO Newton is the place to be.

Experiencia fantástica: Love CKO Newton. Bryan and his team are always welcoming and make working out fun and enjoyable. I always feel like I accomplished a great workout when I go here. Today, CKO Newton supported our community by welcoming my daughters Daisy troop to the mat. They had an incredible time learning to workout and be strong with Cory!
