Experiencia fantástica: I really can't say enough about how much I love this gym! I'd been a runner for more than 30 years and was beginning to have one overuse injury after another. After being sidelined for three summers in a row, I finally decided I needed to engage in some other form of exercise and joined CFPG a few years ago. What I love about this gym is that it is so welcoming to all ages and abilities and every workout offers something different from the one before, helping me to become fitter and stronger all over. Since joining, I haven't had a single injury, I've lost weight, and enjoy my running more than ever. Best of all is feeling part of a really awesome community with encouraging coaches who build confidence in each of their members! Whether you are a serious athlete wanting to take your sport to the next level, or a grandma (like me) who just wants to stay fit, be able open jars by herself and keep up with the grandkids, I HIGHLY recommend CFPG!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Recently moved across country and was nervous no gym could live up to the community I had previously, but am so happy I found CFPG! Kind, welcoming, fun, AND I’ve seen strength and form improvement in just the 4 months I’ve been here. True testament to the programming and coaches. Can’t ask for any more than that. Highly recommend for newbies and experienced!

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE Crossfit Playground. The gym is very spacious and clean, with great equipment. The coaches are always welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Workouts are challenging, but the coaches always providing scaling options to make it a perfect workout for your skill/comfort level. Not to mention, the members are all very encouraging. I highly recommend this gym for anyone of any fitness level! They even have kids classes!
