Experiencia fantástica: Both my son and my daughter train at Red Eye. They are high school athletes training for the collegiate level. The trainers are professional and knowledgeable and really make the training sport specific. They provide positive and corrective feedback throughout each session. They include advice about nutrition and sleep habits. Most importantly, my teens look forward to each session. Highly recommended!

If you want an incredibly gift coaching staff, a community like no other and programming that systematically and efficiently gets you to EXACTLY where you want to be, Redeye is the place to be. Eric and Tracy have built a gym and community that has brought me back to life. As a 39 yr old, former athlete/open water swimmer with a 2 yr old total hip replacement and two shoulders that had been through the ringer I came to Redeye searching for a gym that could truly modify and individualize workouts. Eric's class wide programming and individual programming, not only has me feeling amazing, but has made me feel like an athlete again.
