Experiencia fantástica: Trainers do an incredible job helping to make sure you're comfortable with movements, focusing on getting you into proper form before adding weight. I wasn't sure what to expect joining crossfire but have really enjoyed my time in this community.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this crossfit gym. I feel at home. It's always very clean. The equipment is high quality. The coaches are amazing and also top notch but very humble athletes. The members are very kind, friendly and welcoming. These guys know how to set up and run a beautiful gym. I go almost every day. So does my spouse. I don't see myself quitting any time soon. They have 2 gorgeous and convenient locations for people who live and work at different parts of town. You can park your car and walk right in. If you want an inclusive gym that will encourage you to be the best version of yourself, this place is for you.
