Experiencia fantástica: Hopped in for a class and was thoroughly impressed. I've worked out with a LOT of trainers and can tell right away a lot about a place. Brandie is one of the most thorough and professional coaches I have ever seen. On top of that, she's really funny and makes you feel super welcome from the minute you walk in. She takes your form really seriously to keep you safe throughout class but keeps it enjoyable, which is rare to find. Best of all, it's definitely one of the cleanest places I've seen to workout. Definitely worth checking out if you want to feel really good and get stronger!

Experiencia fantástica: Wow what a great gym! Brandie the owner is awesome & so are the people who attend class. Free first week & I'm already obsessed. Brandie not only makes it fun but you also get a killer workout in. Love supporting this local business :)

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot think of anything negative to say about Sharpe Fitness & CrossFit La Jolla. Knowledgeable trainers/coaches. Great fitness community. Fantastic space and equipment. I love the indoor/outdoor CrossFit area. Dedicated parking spaces.
