Experiencia fantástica: By far the best gym I have ever been to. The atmosphere, people, support, equipment, and sense of community is far and above any other gym I've been a part of. Ray and the rest of the team are amazing. As someone who has worked out consistently for the past 15 or so years, I needed a change so thought I'd give CrossFit a chance. It's been 4 months and I've learned so much from the coaches and members. All are patient, willing to help and teach, and it really feels like a 1904 family.

If you are in the SD area looking for a new home to workout, this is it. If you’re just visiting/vacationing in SD and looking to get a great workout in, drop on in. They will make you feel right at home!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is amazing! Extremely beginner friendly. I was so skeptical about joining at first because I had never worked out before. But Ray walked me through all the movements and made sure I was confident and ready to go before going all in. I've been there for almost two months and it’s been amazing. I highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to try CrossFit.

Experiencia fantástica: Top notch facility!!! I'm here in San Diego visiting from the east coast and when I dropped by to ask about dropping in for some classes during my stay, I was immediately received with a smile and warm welcome by the staff. Ray, the owner walked over from what he was doing to greet me and was super nice and accommodating. Dropped in for my first class with them and was not disappointed. Coach Vince was awesome. In one class he gave me tips on my lifting form that made a huge difference and really boosted my confidence! The other Cross fitters and staff rooted us on the entire workout. This was an extremely positive experience and since I will be visiting SD frequently, I've found my Cross Fit home away from home. Thanks to Ray, Vince and everyone! I highly recommend this Cross Fit family and box!!!
