Experiencia fantástica: I can't recommend Pyramid Athletics enough! The atmosphere, people, TOP-LEVEL instruction, and the entire culture of the gym is just EXCELLENT! I've had the pleasure of training Jiu Jitsu in many gyms around the world but I'm incredibly thankful to be able to train at Pyramid. If you're in the Memphis area and are looking for a place to learn jujitsu in a clean and welcoming environment where you can challenge yourself to be better every day, then Pyramid is the place to be!!!

Experiencia fantástica: After trying out other gyms in the area no other environment was as welcoming as Pyramid Athletics. I was very nervous my first day of Muy Thai, and Eric was funny, welcoming, and reassuring. He made me feel comfortable to fail. Without a doubt I’ve gained more than just learning martial arts, I’ve gained friends and lessons in life. This WILL be the best Gym, instructor, and family you will invest in.

Experiencia fantástica: Been training at Pyramid since 2018 . Eric is the best to learn jujitsu and Muay Thai from . Such an amazing place to spend my afternoons!!!! And w Steve Combs it’s even better! They offer so many amazing classes ( Muay Thai Jujitsu CrossFit Body Focus and kickboxing) I wish I could do them all every day !!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: When I started training Jiujitsu at Pyramid I was just a man. . Now I’m a shark, and the ground is my ocean. Eric and Steve are both great teachers, and their jiujitsu is crazy good. I’m thankful for Pyramid and always look forward to training.
