Experiencia fantástica: I’m so happy to have joined Flagship 3 months ago! Can’t say enough good things about this place… Coaches are all amazing! They focus on good form and pain free movement… while pushing at the same time! Workouts can always be scaled and if extremely sore or injured just ask coaches and they will recommend Fun alternatives to still get a good sweat while recovering. Community is also Great! Super welcoming and knowledgeable of good cafes around the area ???? They have a Free Drop In class and a “New Members” promo to try it out for a couple months!

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best gym facilities I have been to. Not just for the equipments and space(which are top notch) but more for the coaches and programming. They have 1 hour classes where the coach goes through the warmup, stretching, workout movements and it does push the limits. My only regret is that I didn't find this facility earlier.

Experiencia fantástica: Frankly joining the gym has been one of the biggest positive influences on my life in the past year. I feel that xfit is EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for, for years, and flagship has been an awesome place to get into it. Also Zach is an amazing coach!! Although I’m completely new to xfit, I feel super welcome and supported. And it seriously brightens my day to see his dogs in the mornings!!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently joined Flagship over a month ago and highly recommend this gym. Flagship offers a great coaching staff, facility, class schedule, and community. I really appreciate their dedication to teaching good movement standards and offering various levels to make crossfit accessible for everyone. The classes also have great energy!
