Experiencia fantástica: I go to the Silver Sneakers exercise class. Very good. T hff e gym has a large assortment of exercise equipment. Nice people.

Experiencia positiva: Good prices. If you're looking for free weights and a good workout in the Moody, AL area, this might be a good fit. The downside is it's usually crowded between 5-8 pm. Best time to go is around 1-3 pm.
