CrossFit^® Rosharon

Experiencia fantástica: Showed up at the gym having never done crossfit and was a bit nervous...coaches were great and took time to show proper form and continously coach during workouts to help with form or execution. This is a great place to work out and get in shape! Great atmosphere! Lots of team work and motivation. I am a few weeks in now and loving every session! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym atmosphere whether you’re a beginner or expert. The members and owners are very respectful and make a great gym community. My fear of joining CrossFit was not being able to do a lot of the workouts that I saw, but the coaches are great at teaching you and there are also workouts catered to everyone at every level. Also if you have kids they have care to help you get your workout in. I highly recommend CrossFit Rosharon!
