Experiencia fantástica: Joined grip strength when I was expecting. I was very pleased with the overall experience. My workouts were modified and the coach was patient enough and made sure he modified my moves and ensured I had the correct form. I have relocated to another area but cant recommend grip strength enough. I will gladly go back anytime I am in that area.

Coach Khizer, along with his wife & the other members are so uplifting and encourage you every workout to give it your all. I never felt overwhelmed nor uncomfortable from day one. And they offer free 3-day trial before making the commitment so I really appreciated that.
