They take into consideration and make training adjustments for any pain or ailments you have, whether long term or just at the time you're training. I have gained muscle and toned up, including improving balance and agility.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined CNU Fit about two years ago. I was looking to improve my physical self, but actually found my forever gym and an addition to my family. I have seen big changes in my body, such as, I am stronger, toner and I feel much more confident overall. Evans and his team have helped me immensely on my journey. They take an interest in where you currently are, no matter what fitness level you are on and make sure you get the most out of every workout.
