Experiencia fantástica: I started coming to Body & Soul about 3-4 months ago thanks to Omar Cordero (best trainer, ever) and now I’ll never go to any other gym in Miami! If you want a place where you feel motivated and everyone is polite and mind their own workout.. then this is it! It’s always clean and there is free valet when the parking lot gets busy in the morning. They have thought of every aspect to make your workout experience.. a pleasant one. I appreciate that and I enjoy coming here every day! Thank you Body & Soul!

Experiencia fantástica: Super great gym! The quality is awesome for working out and super clean. The equipment and machines are new. The staff is super nice and helpful as well. You have a variety from boxing, dancing, or even just plain working out.

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down the best gym in all of Miami. I’ve been to several other gyms including paradise gym, equinox, Anatomy, and Antidote cant compare to Body and Soul. Everyone in staff and management is super professional, patient, and friendly. The trainers are super helpful and willing. Highly recommend this gym.
