On top My Kids and I are very lucky to train with the one and ONLY Desmond Green @predatortoon he is amazing and has every quality you’d want in a great coach. He’s sharp enthusiastic , passionate, disciplined, and hungry to get the best of you. I can definitely see NON Stop gains , and I can share this incredible time with my family (getting stronger together !). Your results will speak for themselves

Experiencia fantástica: I love the atmosphere of this gym. Everyone is focus on their work and is very personable. They have clearly built a community within. Training upstairs is always a good time and the bottom floor has anything you would ever need to train successfully!

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym ever!!! My daughter has been here for 1 year and this has become her happy place. Now she’s training to go to Argentina for the Taekwondo World Cup. This is a great place for adults and kids. Trainers are great!

Experiencia fantástica: I have never seen a place that's so family oriented,???? friendly, clean, and just down to earth. The employees, trainers, owners, and staffs goes above and beyond to help you get to your goal. They have modern and old school workout tools and equipments. All i can say is just walk in there and check it out yourself. Oh least i forget, firefighters, and cops are free to use the gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Great Great Great Gym!!!!!! Very neat, extremely clean, well organized and the staff is amazing….. Best Coaches I’ve ever trained with and the owner Diego & Tony are people they make this facility feel like homie Never ever going anywhere else. This is my Gym KOZONE.
