Experiencia fantástica: I have been training with Cori since 2006. She is competent, committed and a genuinely a nice person. She has been extremely dedicated to both my fitness and health throughout the years. Silver Tiger CrossFit is a great place to work out! …and yes it’s in her garage, and it’s awesome - very private and comfortable with everything that is needed to keep me fit. I strongly recommend Trainer Cori and Silver Tiger CrossFit.

Experiencia fantástica: I started working out with Cori in September and she has been fantastic. I prefer her garage personal training than any other larger traditional gym I have used in the past. She has the right amount of space and I am able to get a full body work out. She is keenly aware of my fitness needs and pro-actively participates in specialized classes and training to hone her skills and keep a holistic approach. She is also very organized with her billing and schedules which I find extremely valuable.
