Experiencia fantástica: Gravity is the perfect gym. Conveniently located off the 215 and Decatur for residents from all sides of town. Darryl, the owner, is experienced and and extremely knowledgeable in Cross Fit and Olympic weightlifting. I attended his Cross Fit classes at another gym approximately 5 years ago and my children attended his youth exercise classes, as well - Darryl is very attentive and caring. You cannot beat his open gym price if you desire a boutique gym offering mainly Rogue Fitness equipment. In addition, Gravity offers group classes 7 days per week. The gym is brand new, exceptionally clean, and an absolute must-see!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Gravity! Love the community, the space, the workouts and most importantly, the coach/owner, Darryl. He has so much knowledge on the sport of crossfit and Olympic weightlifting that I am constantly learning and WANTING to get better. I love coming to the gym because unlike other gyms, you don't feel left out here! I'd recommend this gym to anyone interested in crossfit or just bettering their overall health and wellness. And not to mention, the price is unbeatable!! Thanks Gravity!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this GYM!!!! No other Crossfit style gym can beat the price of Gravity. "fitness that wont break the bank" isn't just a catchy phrase at Gravity. From Day one the owner Darrell has been nothing but friendly, responsive and supportive of my health goals. I can tell each workout is well thought out in terms of exercising your whole body. The community at Gravity is exactly what I need to succeed. The coach knows how to individualize their direction to make sure everyone is moving and lifting safety but also knows when to challenge me to push harder (I'm notorious for underestimating my abilities). Every one is friendly and supportive. While we share a love of lifting, there is no showboating or pressure to just add more weight and go! I've noticed I'm improving in areas I typically plateau in (others have made the same observations as well!!) . I'm also never bored at the gym (No repeats in workouts) and that keeps me motivated to keep going, even if my sore muscle aren't as excited. :) Thanks Gravity Fitness Co.

Experiencia fantástica: Gravity Fitness is the place to be. Extremely clean facility, new equipment and awesome amenities. Darryl, the owner and head coach is very knowledgeable in all things fitness and health and also a very welcoming individual. The gym is kept thoroughly clean, sanitized and Darryl upkeeps very high standards when it comes to taking care of his members health. The atmosphere at this gym is nothing but fun and inclusive. The members are lively and programming is amazing. If you’re looking for a place to not only get super fit but expand your friendships and experiences, Gravity Fitness is it.

Experiencia fantástica: Gravity fitness is a great new spot to workout! Darryl is the proprietor and is super knowledgeable in the field of fitness and weight lifting. He is especially experienced in performing and coaching Olympic lifting. The facility is really nice as it is a finished interior with two brand new AC units! New equipment is always nice too, and there is more on the way. Group training right now is small, but that just means you get more personal attention when you are there. The facility has remote access for open gym athletes to access it even when group class is not going on. There is also a massage therapist that is set up right in the facility. Gravity Fitness is going to be providing a bunch of other services right out of the gym in the near future. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a new gym now or in the near future you should definitely keep Gravity Fitness in mind and spot in when you get a chance!
