Experiencia fantástica: Great staff all about teaching and coaching newbies and athletes-in-training alike. I'm an out-of-shape Boomer looking to get stronger and generally fit with the guidance of a coach who can keep me from hurting myself from misusing freeweights. Owner Billy and his staff have made me feel welcome and well guided from the first time I dropped in to check it out. Their strength and conditioning class is personalized to each person's level while still moving along at a good pace. I wish I'd gotten this kind of coaching in free weights 30 years ago, before I damaged my shoulders from using free weights incorrectly. If you want a free weights gym along the lines of Mark Rippitoe's "starting strength" gyms, and you want expert friendly encouragement, coaching and guidance, this might be the place for you.
