Experiencia positiva: Coworker goes to this gym. I went with her to buy a smoothie. They cost $5.00, and she says they're very good. The smoothies she buys are larger than 32 ounces. Coworker says the trainer/owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. She recommends this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Large space. Great equipment. Not too saturated. Owner allowed me to try out gym before purchasing membership. Would recommend if you need place to Super Set on your workouts.

Experiencia fantástica: Great old school type of gym. They got cardio machines a lot of equipment, the environment makes you hard. It's in a warehouse, but there is classes, free space and a fighting area also. Awesome gym no matter what your goal is.
