Experiencia fantástica: Really great gym and workout. Went for the 6 week challenge and was always challenged. The trainer is very helpful and makes sure everyone has good form. Note the workout area gets really hot, so cold water is a must. Really recommend if you are trying to get in shape.

Experiencia fantástica: I started CrossFit in 2016 with a goal of losing just a little bit of weight and being able to fit into some of my old clothes that were just taking up space in my closet. My husband had been going for a year trying to convince me but to be honest, I really didn’t think CrossFit was for me. I told myself I can do it on my own. Eventually he wore me down and he scheduled for me a trial run. That first step of going is the hardest step, but once I went I was hooked from day 1. I loved working out with a group who are empowering, encouraging and want to see you succeed. It was exactly what I was looking for, I just didn’t know it. Wayne and Jen and all of the coaches at country are amazing at what they do. The diverse programming keeps it exciting and balanced so you get a full body workout. I also love the options they give for modifying and scaling workouts. I even have my 70 year old dad come with me when he’s in town and he really enjoys it. I have been to over a dozen different boxes through out the US (every time we vacation I drop into the local box) and hands down Country blows them all away with their ample amount of equipment for each person as well as how clean the entire gym is. I’ve never seen another CrossFit gym come close to this. Like I said, I started CF just to be able to fit into my old clothes but here I am 4 years later doing things that I never thought I’d be able to do and seeing muscle definition I’ve never in my life had before. If you’re looking for results and want to work out with a great group of people and state of the art body scans to measure your success than you should definitely give Country a try. I thought I’d just stick with 6 weeks and then do it on my own, but I’ve learned the best SUCCESS comes with CONSISTENCY. Here I am almost 4 years later and loving it!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely loved my experience at CrossFit Country! I was a little hesitant to try at first because I had bad experiences with CrossFit gyms before, but was blown away by Wayne and the crew at this gym. The team/family environment is awesome and makes working out a fun experience. Programming is great and they scale things to match everyone’s fitness level (either up or down). They are extremely reasonably priced considering the value you get with programming, nutritional advice, and body scan tracking. I drove about 20 mins to get to the gym, and it was well worth it. Great people, positive and encouraging environment, and legit training. Thanks Wayne and Jen!

Experiencia fantástica: My third class here and I love every minute of it!! It was very easy to sign up for the classes, Jen is very nice to work with and NO CONTRACTS! The classes are hard but fun and different every time. You can always modify the workouts. The instructors are awesome and explain each workout. Honestly it feels like a private lesson but with a group! Wayne, Hayden and Gabby were great and I would highly recommend this place if you are interested in a gym where every class is a challenge!!
