They also help you scale the workout if your injury is bothering you. Great community here and amazing coaches! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent gym. Trainers and staff well versed in a variety of lifting styles. Primarily a traditional CrossFit gym. Members are a great mix of encouraging with a hint of friendly competitiveness. I tried out multiple gyms in the area before settling down here last month.

Have dropped in or tried a few different affiliate boxes in the area and none have been as welcoming or competent as this one.

Experiencia fantástica: The best CrossFit box in central Florida! The coaches are amazing! I've been going there for a year now and I had never done CrossFit before. Although I had years of gym experience this was new to me. The coaches have worked with me, and still do, to get me where I need to be. The owners are also amazing and are very involved with the day to day operations. If you are considering CrossFit you should definitely check it out. You can do an intro class and get a feel for it first. They also have a strictly weightlifting club if you'd prefer that as well. I'm 100% satisfied and wouldn't go anywhere else even if I moved around central Florida.
