Experiencia fantástica: I have been training at Miloki Flow Jiu-jitsu for 2 years now. Even though I Boxed in High School, Kick Boxed in College, and trained off and on in my adult life, I was intimidated to start at “zero” and train in another fighting style. My hesitancy was completely unfounded… what a warm and welcoming group of people! Ricardo and Jose are very friendly and professional instructors. Ricardo has established a great “gym culture”, not every owner of a martial arts academy or gym has that. Everyone treats each other with respect and dignity regardless of if you are a brown belt, or if it is your first day. (Everyone remembers their first day) I am impressed the most by the comradery. Gracie Jiu-jitsu is a very effective fighting style and the Miloki Flow instruction is top notch, but for me it always comes back to the inclusivity and feeling of being part of something.

Ricardo is a great instructor, very knowledgeable, open and technical in his approach to teaching. The environment in the academy is always very friendly and its a very pleasant experience to train there.
