Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely enjoy 3D Fitness!! I started out personal training with Kelli last September to help with my Sciatica and Arthritis in my hip. She is very knowledgeable, motivating, and truly cares about you as an individual. I have been doing Anti Gravity classes, which have made dramatic improvements in both my problem areas, AND, I have lost 13lbs! In addition to Anti Gravity, there is quite an array of class options to choose from! The upbeat, positive vibe, fantastic staff and friendly people here is beyond amazing!! Highly recommend! I am here for the long haul!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is an amazing place Keli, Sarah and Wendy are amazing. They are kind, supportive and helpful every step of your journey. Since I have been attending 3-D Fitness I have lost 35 lbs. I could not have done it with out their help. Kelli and Sarah are amazing instructors plus just genuinely good people. Wendy gave me the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. I will continue to support Kelli. Plus it is not a corporate, small local own business

Experiencia fantástica: This facility has it all. The owner is able to accommodate almost every need. It’s a small fitness space that is designed for client success. The owner cares about each individual she trains. If you need to get back to work, changing rooms and showers are available. While I have only trained under Kelli’s guidance, I have no doubt the other trainers are exceptional. This is a small private place where you won’t feel intimidated.
