Experiencia fantástica: Kickboxing Keene is an awesome workout for all ages! I hate to exercise but Kerry makes the classes fun, interesting, active and diverse. Everyone in class is nice and friendly and no one judges - which is what I hate about gyms! If you have been hesitant about taking a kickboxing class, you need to try it - you will love it!

I went in as a newbie to kick boxing, so I was nervous at first, but Kerry put me right at ease and I caught on within the first couple weeks. Now I'm addicted.
